          Orders placed (and paid for) before 1PM (GMT, monday - friday) will be dispatched the same day, our estimated delivery date is within 2 business days. Your order confirmation includes a track and trace number which gives you the opportunity to track your package until its delivery. You can enter your code at http://parcels-uk.tntpost.com from one day after placing your order.

          Note: Your order will be shipped once its payment has been received. Transactions by DirectEbanking or Mister Cash are usually received immediately, while payments by credit card (VISA or Master) can take up to five business days.

          Yes, USfoodz ships throughout Europe. For delivery in Germany, Belgium, France, Austria or the Netherlands, please visit www.usfoodz.eu. If you'd like to have your order shipped to another European country, please contact us by e-mail. The minimum order amount varies per country:

          No, it's not possible to pick up your order. It will be shipped to any European address for free.

        • Why haven't I received a packing slip with my order?

          After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation of its content by e-mail. If you like to, you can create a personal account while placing your order, which keeps hold of your invoices and includes all your orders. Once your package has been delivered, you can check its content with your confirmation email or the invoice in your personal account. This way we combine easy access to your invoices with no undue burden on the environment.
