  • Does USfoodz ship to other EU countries?

  • What happens if I missed a delivery?
    All parcels in the UK will be delivered with Yodel. If the deliverer tried to deliver your parcel, but has been unable to, he or she will have left a call card. This card has the details of the options available to you.

    To summarise the options they are:

    1) Your parcel may have been left in an appropriate safe location around your property e.g. your porch, or with one of your neighbours. If so, the card should have these details for you.

    2) If the deliverer hasn't been able to leave the parcel in a safe location or with one of your neighbours he or she will re-attempt on the next working day. Alternatively you can arrange to have your parcel re-delivered on another day, or you may be able to collect it from a Yodel Parcel Depot.

  • When do I receive my order?
    The shipping time for shipping to the UK varies from 3-4 business days and the parcel will be delivered with Yodel in the UK and PostNL in The Netherlands. You will receive a tracking code via e-mail after your order has been dispatched. You can locate the parcel with your tracking

    We strive to ship orders placed before 2 pm on business days the same day. Please note: your order can only be shipped once the payment has been made. Payments by PayPal are directly implemented, if you pay with a credit card we usually receive the payment within one hour. In rare cases, it can take 1 to 5 business days for us to receive the credit card payment.

  • Why have I not received a packing slip with my order?
    The packing slip will be send in an e-mail after placing a successful order. You're able to see your order history and invoices if you place orders while you are logged in.
